Our Expertise
Enable Great is led by Kelvin Papp, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, including 10 years in senior technology roles - most recently as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer for one of the UK's leading Microsoft-focused service providers.
That background shapes Enable Great's approach. Kelvin has spent years leading technology organisations built on Microsoft foundations - not just building environments and leading teams through transformation, but owning strategic direction, shaping product and service development, and carrying direct operating responsibility for customer outcomes at scale. That experience spans the breadth of the ecosystem: infrastructure, cloud, identity, security, data, and AI.
Kelvin understands how Microsoft operates from the inside - how decisions get made, what the roadmap really signals, and where product ambition runs ahead of customer reality. That understanding comes from direct collaboration over many years: contributing operational insights through private advisory groups, shaping product development based on deployment realities, and supporting certification framework development for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security. That's what sits behind our advice - not surface-level familiarity, but lived experience from inside the ecosystem.
